Ashley’s career includes serving as Executive Assistant to both the Minister of Education and the Minister of Culture and Tourism for the Government of Alberta, where she managed complex portfolios, facilitated high-level collaboration, and thrived in fast-paced, high-profile environments. She also successfully owned and operated a small business, where she cultivated a strong brand identity, successfully grew the business, and forged lasting relationships within her community.
As a mother of two, Ashley brings not only professional acumen but also a deeply personal understanding of the importance of compassion, advocacy, and balance in leadership.
